The Edge on Main Mixed Use development consists of 2 separate buildings with an active pedestrian plaza running in-between. Sited at the edge of historic downtown Mesa, the development serves as a gateway into the central core. Through a development agreement with Mesa City, the project includes the abandonment of a city street for conversion to pedestrian friendly amenities. An existing light rail stop just in front of the development on Main Street provides convenient connections to downtown and the surrounding areas.
