Lightburn is the software we use to control the 60 Watt Laser (smaller laser). We will explore some of the basic features and answer questions. Go over some advantages and limitations of the software. Cover advance topics like image engrave features.
While it is ideal to design your project in other software Lightburn gives you a lot of flexibility and may be sufficient for some designs, but it is proprietary. Even if you aren't designing things in Lightburn it can be a big advantage to know its features when using the laser to cut and engrave your work.
The first 2 hours of this will be more of an overview on the features. The second half will get hands on with various designs. If you have a design to work on bring it and we can discuss particulars as they related to Lightburn.
