Downtown Mesa will transform into the ultimate barbecue destination for the 2nd Annual Downtown Mesa BBQ Classic!
Join us for a weekend of mouthwatering BBQ, live music, family fun, and local flavor that makes Downtown Mesa a Barbecue hotspot! This year’s event will be bigger with added opportunities for the public to enjoy first-hand! Highlights include a Barbeque Championship Series (BCS)-sanctioned competition, where top regional pitmasters will fire up their grills and compete in a four-meat BBQ showdown.
To kickoff this event, Friday evening from 5-9pm, guests can enjoy dessert and appetizer competitions that will highlight the creativity and skill of participating chefs as they transform traditional BBQ flavors into mouthwatering appetizers and irresistible desserts.
Expect bold, original flavors that push the boundaries of BBQ-inspired cuisine!Attendees can enjoy BBQ tastings, live music, local vendors, line dancing lessons, family-friendly activities and more!
