Phase 3 is the final phase of the Residences on 1st project. Phase 3 consists of three, twenty-four unit buildings for a total of 72 units. In-unit amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, island kitchen with granite countertops. A Government Public Lease Excise Tax (GPLET) agreement with 8-year tax abatement was approved by the Mesa City Council to facilitate the development of this project. The project is anticipated to commence Fall 2022.
