Participants can expect to be guided through a very gentle seated yoga practice before laying down for a guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
This class aims to induce a deep state of relaxation and awareness, similar to a yogic sleep. It uses breath and body awareness techniques, promoting a sense of oneness and connection to a higher consciousness.
This practice is believed to reduce stress, heal anxiety, and calm the mind.

Highlights

Rachael is a mother, seeker, and lover of life. She has been involved in dance and fitness since early childhood, using movement as a creative form of expression. In 2011, she was lead to the South West Institute of Healing Arts where she completed her Yoga teacher training. Rachael is an Alliance Certified Reiki Healer, and Certified in Yoga for Special Populations through Conscious Community Yoga. She enjoyed training in Transformational Yoga Coaching, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Shakti Nama. She continued to deepen her practice and education through workshops and classes around the Valley.
Rachael believes that Yoga is a journey of the heart, and finding your truth within. She aspires to bring each yoga class a place of freedom , love , connection, and peace.
