Join the Symphony of the Southwest as we celebrate the grand finale of our 70th Anniversary Season with Viva!, an uplifting program that honors the power of music to bring people together across cultures and generations.
The concert opens with Cabaniss's energetic “Come to Play”, followed by the traditional spiritual “We Shall Not Be Moved”, a powerful expression of perseverance and hope. Ending our first half, Esmail's “Ram Tori Maya” beautifully blends Eastern and Western musical traditions.
The season concludes with Beethoven's monumental “Symphony No. 3, Eroica”. A revolutionary masterpiece that forever changed the symphonic landscape, the Eroica embodies courage, vision, and triumph—an inspiring finale to a landmark season.
Join us for this special season finale as we celebrate seventy years of musical excellence and shared memories, honoring a remarkable legacy while looking ahead to an exciting future.
