| We don't make Twice Baked Croissants daily anymore, but this upcoming Saturday May 3rd we are celebrating with Twice Baked Almond Croissant Day! We will plan to have individuals for sale in a limited supply, but if you want to be sure to get enough for sharing, preorder a 4-pack for pickup at any of our bakeries to celebrate in style. Twice Baked Almond Croissants are a sourdough croissant that has been cut in half, hydrated with a house made simple syrup, filled and topped with a house made frangipane, and finished with toasted almond slices. This decadent pastry is sweet and has a caramelized crunchy texture. This is one of our most popular products, but not something we can make daily, so if you are one of the many people of our community that love this product place your preorder and mark your calendar for next Saturday! |
