This Summer Art Therapy Group for TEENS (ages 14-17 yo) will meet 3 Fridays in June at The Well in Downtown Mesa. Each week, there will be a new art therapy process to try! Art therapy supports teens overall mental health, self-confidence, self-expression, and emotional regulation.
