A force of pizza, cider and coffee specials returns to Downtown Mesa on May The Fourth in celebration of Star Wars Day. Myke’s Pizza leads the trio of businesses inside the Cider Corps taproom at 31 S. Robson #103 in their annual celebration of the beloved sci-fi film and its ever-expanding universe.

Myke’s Pizza will have themed pizza and dessert specials from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. including:
• Dago Banh Mi Pizza –Inspired by the Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, with roasted pork, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, mozzarella and jalapeño mayo.
• Luke, I Am Your Farmer’s Cheese Pizza – An elevated vegetarian pizza topped with mozzarella, aged gouda, and farmer’s cheese, caramelized onions and tomato and red pepper jam.
• The Mos Pie-sly – A raspberry lemon pie with a flaky all-butter crust, tart lemon custard, house-made raspberry jam and whipped mascarpone.
• That’s No Moon Pie – Chocolate snack cakes filled with peanut butter frosting and covered in white chocolate.

Cider Corps will have a Mandalorian-themed Cider Slushie. A Star Wars soundtrack will play during the day and lo-fi beats presented by Nice ‘N Easy music will start at 6 p.m.

Pair Cupworks will be open from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m with espresso-based drink specials including the Blue Milk & Espresso, a cardamom, oat milk and espresso drink with a hint of butterfly pea flower.

Additional food and drink specials will be revealed as the day nears on the Myke’s Pizza’s Instagram page @mykespizza. The specials will be available for in-person orders only on Thursday May 4, 2023.
