An Evening of Wit, Wonder, and Unscripted Theater in Mesa, AZ

As the Arizona sun moves through the sky and the city softens into evening, SAVI FEST invites you to gather for a weekend of artful, unscripted comedy and theater. Taking place February 20–22, 2026, at the Media and Immersive eXperience (MIX) Center in downtown Mesa, this three-day festival celebrates fresh voices, adventurous play, and improvisation at its most thoughtful and refined.

On February 20th and 21st SAVI FEST 2026 showcases a carefully curated range of improvised performance—from clever gimmicks and hilarious bits to elegant long-form storytelling, genre-inspired theatrical explorations, and musical work that delights in surprise and connection. Each performance is created in the moment, offering audiences the rare pleasure of witnessing artists compose meaning, humor, and connection in real time.

Enjoy three performances each featuring six groups of local and visiting artists. Shows are Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 3:30pm and 7pm. Inspired by the warmth of an Arizona sunset, our third annual SAVI FEST leans into lightness, levity, and shared experience—an invitation to slow down, laugh well, and enjoy the art of being present together.
