"One Line Premise" Sketch Writing Workshop
with Kevin McDonald
SUNDAY MARCH 12th from 12 to (3 OR) 4 PM $130
Each student must bring in a one line premise for a comedy sketch like "What if a guy was $10 short of being a millionaire?" Legendary sketch comic Kevin McDonald of the Kids in the Hall will then workshop your premise with you to develop it into a full sketch. Each participant will also get the experience of a “writers room” with Kevin McDonald’s guidance. After your writing workshop, you will have the option to finish your sketch and to receive personal, direct notes via email from Kevin McDonald himself! It is a TON of direct training and feedback from an expert in comedy. You dont want to miss this opportunity! (This workshop is a writing workshop and we will not be improvising or performing.)
