Drop into a LARP workshop and game hosted by Sparrow Dineen, MFA candidate in Interdisciplinary Digital Media and Performance in ASU’s theatre program.
Become a reality-shifting superhero, negotiate with alien species or design a monster to haunt the MIX Center. Players will decide together which short game to play while learning the basics of live action role-playing games.
The experience is being developed by students in THP 494: Interactive Participatory Performance, led by Dineen with teaching mentor Pavan Turaga. Each session is designed for 5–10 players and runs approximately 2.5–3 hours.
No previous LARP experience is needed!
