The Grief Circle is a monthly, open group for anyone (18 or older) looking for a space and time to process their grief. Grief comes in so many ways, shapes, and forms and it needs to be held with care and containment.
This group will offer both. While there aren’t always words to express the grief we feel – art provides a way to create amidst loss and restore hope where there seems to be only despair. There is no “qualification” for the type of grief you may be experiencing. You can come as you are, there won’t be a pressure to share with your words and know that there will be a circle of humans to belong to…. even if just for 90 minutes. No art skills needed, and all art materials are included in the cost for each group session.
$50 per group or save with 4 group bundle for $175
