This 3 hour workshop will allow students to experience traditional, Italian style, glass blowing first hand. Work with instructors to create your own blown glass pumpkin. All supplies are included. Bring drinking water and protective sleeves (cotton welder sleeves or long socks with toes cut off). Appropriate clothing required – natural fiber fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, wool), leather closed toe shoes. Note: this class is held in a shaded, outdoor area with hot equipment. The heat may not be appropriate for some students.
