Join the City of Mesa's Bicycle and Pedestrian Program at a FREE Helmet Pop-up event during Downtown Mesa Farmers Market on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We will be handing out free helmets and fit guides while supplies last.
