Mesa Public Library has partnered up with Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue to donate scarves to dogs who need a home. We will provide all the tools you need to make your customized scarves. Use our many tools such as sewing machines, the vinyl cutter and much more. Come help make a change in a dog's life.
