A Michigan-inspired menu is set for a special pop up at Myke’s Pizza on Wednesday, April 17. Chef and owner Myke Olsen is joining pizza forces with Chef Brent Kille of Sonoran Pasta to create a selection of Detroit-style pies and desserts inspired by the “bread and butter” state.

The pizza menu includes:
• The Lola ($21) with house-made spicy sausage, peppadew peppers, ricotta, red sauce, mozzarella, and spicy honey.
• The Cuppi ($20) starring those yummy cupping pepperonis, pepperoni, red sauce and mozzarella.
• Classic Cheese ($17) Mozzerella, red sauce, oregano.

The pop up begins at 5 pm on Wednesday, April 17 at Myke’s Pizza (located at 31 S. Robson #103 inside the Cider Corps taproom). Sales will last until sold out, so early arrival is recommended.

The cidery will be serving craft ciders and cocktails. Myke’s Pizza offers a variety of non-alcoholic sodas.
