Enjoy a deliciously educational experience with our Chocolate Making Class! Learn to craft three chocolate delights - ganache truffles, filled bonbons, and dipped caramels - all while exploring the rich history of chocolate making. Bring your friends or make some new ones and learn chocolate making from our head chocolate maker and owner, Grant Fry.
This is an introductory course. The fee includes instruction and all materials necessary to make a 9-piece box of chocolates (3 of each type).
Class will go from 7pm-8:30pm.
